About This Program

Hot Shots is Tennis Australia and International Tennis Federation (ITF) endorsed best practice coaching for children aged 3–12 years.

At Futures Tennis Academy, Hot Shots is the foundation of our junior pathway, introducing children to tennis through scaled courts, modified equipment, and fun game-based learning designed specifically for young players.

Hot Shots coaching is available weekdays and all day Saturday across Futures Tennis Academy venues.

Hot Shots runs across four stages — Launchpad (3–6 yrs), Red Ball (6–8 yrs), Orange Ball (8–10 yrs) and Green Ball (10–12 yrs) — with equipment and court size scaled to each age group.

Most groups run for 45 minutes. Launchpad sessions run 30–45 minutes, and Red Ball can run 45 or 60 minutes.

Hot Shots coaching is available weekdays and all day Saturday across Futures Tennis Academy venues.
