About This Program
Futures Tennis Academy Adult Group Coaching programs are designed for players of all standards, from beginners learning the game through to experienced players wanting to improve technique and match play skills in a social environment.
Tennis is a lifelong sport, and our structured coaching pathway allows adults to progress comfortably at their own pace while improving fitness, confidence, and enjoyment of the game.
Group Coaching Structure
Tennis Express
Our entry-level adult program for players new to tennis or returning after time away. Modified green balls make rallies easier and slower, so players experience success quickly while learning correct technique.
- Basic stroke technique
- Serving and rallying
- Scoring and match play basics
- Court positioning and tactics
Ability-Matched Groups
Players are placed into groups of similar ability to ensure enjoyable sessions and effective learning.

Players may enrol individually or join with friends. Term and discounted semester options are available.
