About This Program
Futures Tennis Academy supports players wishing to participate in a range of senior interclub competitions across Melbourne.
Senior competition provides an excellent opportunity to enjoy competitive tennis at an appropriate level while building fitness, match experience, and strong club connections.
All competitions are played in a home and away team format, catering for social, intermediate, and advanced players.
Competition Options
Tennis Victoria Pennant
Australia's largest interclub tennis competition, operating for over 140 years. Women's Pennant — Saturday 8:30am or 1:00pm. Men's Pennant — Saturday & Sunday from 1:00pm (approx. finish 5:00pm). Suitable for advanced players and high-performing juniors transitioning into open competition.

A strong balance of social and competitive tennis. Formats: Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles. Runs across Summer and Winter seasons, typically 14 weeks plus finals.

One of Melbourne's most popular interclub competitions. Summer & Winter seasons, senior and junior competitions, night competitions available. Players are graded to ensure competitive and enjoyable matches for all standards.

Friendly, social daytime tennis with rotating doubles partners. Women's Midweek Tennis (multiple weekday competitions) and Men's Midweek Competition. Two seasons a year, excluding school and public holidays.
