Stuart Adams

Stuart is an experienced LTA Level 4 accredited coach from Aberdeen, Scotland, with more than 10 years of coaching experience across club, school, community and performance environments.

He has worked with players of all ages and abilities, from young beginners picking up a racquet for the first time through to competitive juniors at district level. Most recently, Stuart has coached the North East Scotland Lawn Tennis Association District Squad, with a particular focus on developing competitive players aged nine to eleven.

Throughout his coaching career, Stuart has delivered junior and adult group lessons, private coaching, Cardio Tennis, holiday programs, school sessions and organised matchplay. He is passionate about creating an inclusive and positive environment while helping every player improve their technical, tactical and matchplay skills.

As a player, Stuart has competed at club, regional and university level. He represented his university’s men’s first team in the British Universities and Colleges Sport Tennis League, helping the team win its division and achieve promotion for the first time in the club’s history.

Stuart brings a clear, engaging and player-focused coaching style to every session and is committed to helping players build confidence, improve their game and develop a lifelong enjoyment of tennis.
