Cardio is the new way to play tennis!

It's not tennis coaching. It is a workout on the tennis court to music with fun, fitness based drills and games for all players and standards.

These group sessions run for an nine week term. Emphasis is on drilling and having a gut crunching work out! Be aware though you will hit heaps of balls and burn up calories. At the same time players improve their tennis, as although Cardio has no coaching element, you hit many more balls in these work outs than you would if simply practicing.

Teenagers can organise their own group of friends for 4 for 30 min, 6 for 45 min and 8 for 60 min.
